Job Description

Sales & marketing :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and train the sales team to improve performance
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and evaluate team and individual performance
- Prepare summary sales and purchase reports for presentation to senior management
- Collaborate with all departments to align sales efforts
- Identify and pursue target customers in both existing and new markets
- Support and respond to customer requests (RFQ, complaints, activities)

Production Control :
- Review the production plan to meet manufacturing operational requirements
