Essential Functions:
Oversee the collection, creation, and maintenance of customer information in CRM/SAP systems, ensuring data integrity.With knowledge on best practices, exercises judgement and lead the preparation and standardization of vendor information and forms to ensure compliance and efficiency in vendor onboarding and management processes.Spearhead the creation, validation, and management of sales contracts, including product/price/discount terms, clauses, and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.Take full ownership and resolves challenges relating to all sales-related contracts in Greater China, including but not limited to Frame Supply Agreements, Purchase Contracts, NDAs, Consignment Contracts, and Distributorship Contracts.Act as a key advisor to the Sales team during contract negotiations, providing strategic legal and commercial insight...
