- Exploring new opportunities directly with customers/applications or working with distributors.
- Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
- Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
- Search for new product development opportunities in the market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and expand the network within the customer’s organization at multiple levels.
- Execute the sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value.
