Opportunity Description
Guardian is seeking a **Senior Salesforce Technology Lead** to drive the design, build, and delivery of a next-generation Salesforce CRM platform leveraging **Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)** . This role will play a critical part in **modernizing and transforming our legacy CRM ecosystem** , leading the migration to FSC while enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
This is a **hands-on leadership role** requiring deep Salesforce expertise, strong architectural acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
