Senior Scientist, Multiomic Therapeutics

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in transcriptomics, computational biology, data visualization, and mechanistic interpretation to design and execute off‑target assessments for siRNA experiments and deliver weight‑of‑evidence reports.
• Lead the development of AI‑powered scalable analysis pipelines for siRNA design and off‑target assessment and prediction to optimize siRNA selection and minimize off‑target effects.
• Contribute to data stewardship (multioomics FAIR data practices) and modern computational capabilities that improve efficiency, rigor, and reproducibility of AI‑enabled analytical workflows.
• Operate with a high degree of scientific independence and partner with cross‑disciplinary scientists to enable end‑to‑end strategy and execution.
