Reporting into our Test Manager you will:
Develop and execute test strategies (manual and automation) aligned with business and technical requirements.Provide technical guidance to other SDET's in the team.Perform automation code review with peers.Promote implementation of automation frameworks and best practices across the team.Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement for QA practices.Collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and product owners to ensure quality is embedded from design to delivery.Manage quality metrics, report test results, and contribute to risk assessments.Guide root cause analysis for critical issues and lead preventive measures.Influence shift-left testing.Qualifications
