Senior Security Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
Senior Security Coordinator as part of the Security Management team playing an integral role in the delivery of security strategy to reduce risk and respond effectively to emerging threats in managing the site security physical operation and system. The job holder will provide hands-on day-to-day supervision and guidance to Mattel security control center (CCTV) and physical guarding officers, ensuring the effective delivery of monitoring and manned guarding services to the highest standards always.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Physical Security Management:
Recruiting, training, and supervising security guards, officers, and other personnel responsible for patrolling and securing facilities.
Manage security operations, including access system, surveillance systems, guard management, and physical security equipment are adequate and functional, and the center is always appropriately staffed.
