Opportunity Description
FORTE ST runs a permanent vulnerability research programme: continuous fuzzing at scale, deep memory‑bug analysis, and full exploit development against high‑value modern software. We are hiring one senior researcher to own the path from a raw crash to a proven, reliable remote‑code‑execution chain.
This is not a triage seat or a scanning role. You will be doing original research on hardened targets, proving exploitability, and building chains that hold up against real mitigations. If your idea of a good week is root‑causing a JIT type confusion at the disassembly level and turning it into an arbitrary read/write primitive, this role is for you.
What you will do- Backtrace and root‑cause memory‑corruption bugs to their exact faulting condition: deterministic reproduction, minimisation, and a clear write‑up of why the bug happens.
- Classify and build primitives from memory bugs: out‑of‑bounds read/write, use‑after‑free, type confusion, uni...
