Rate: £420 per day (Umbrella, negotiable) (£325 PAYE per day)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Senior SEN Tribunal Officer to join a Local Authority SEND service in the South West on an interim basis. This is a senior-level position requiring significant experience in SENDIST tribunal appeals and the ability to lead on complex casework while supporting and developing Tribunal Team Officers. This role is hybrid, however attendance at tribunal hearings, JADRs and CRHs is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of SENDIST tribunal appeals
• Attend and represent the Local Authority at tribunal hearings, JADRs and Case Review Hearings (CRHs)
