Senior Service Contract Specialist

**Description:**

The Senior Contract Specialist Services role resides within our Sales Operations Service Contract & Licensing Operations team and interacts directly with Inside Sales, Procurement, WWT Account Managers, WWT Finance Teams, OEM Account Teams and end-user customers.

This role is responsible for owning service contract management, including contract consolidation and cleanup, quoting renewals, quoting new attach services required for true-ups, and all necessary reporting in support of customer engagement. The Sr. CSS will work directly with the customer, WWT and OEM account teams to ensure service contract renewals are quoted and provided to the customer to ensure on-time closure. The Sr. CSS will play a role in the strategic planning and positioning of service renewals, including customer meetings and presentations.
