Senior Service Delivery Manager – End User Computing (Based in Singapore)

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for overseeing IT service operations to ensure reliable, efficient, and customer‑focused delivery of IT services across the organization. In addition to the standard SDM responsibilities, this role will lead and manage a large‑scale central PC imaging facility , ensuring all imaging processes are optimised, stock movements are accurately tracked, and compliance with organisational policies is maintained.
