About the Role
As the SLA Management Lead, you will be responsible for defining, documenting, implementing, monitoring, and governing the Service Level Management framework.
You will work closely with the SIAM Lead, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure business services, business outcomes, Business SLAs, and IT SLAs are properly defined, tracked, reviewed, and managed.
