- Support the Lead Service Designer and Project Director in client project delivery
- Assist delivery colleagues in swiftly addressing project issues
- Communicate the value of service design and user-centered approaches confidently
- Support business development activities, including pitch presentations
- Adapt to constructive feedback and manage difficult conversations effectively
- Actively contribute to Community of Practice activities, defining best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team members
- Line manage other designers and address emerging issues promptly
- Adapt design approaches to fit client organizational cultures and readiness for change
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams at TPXimpact
- Maintain and update skills to stay current with the field of expertise
