Job Description Report to the managers Ensure the smooth running operation of the restaurant Greeting, seating, and escorting guests to their tables Building and maintaining relationships with guests Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before the shift Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area Serving food & beverages to guests Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards Supervise and assist in assigned workstation activities and oversee the operation of the outlet in the absence of management Motivate team members and maintain a high ...
