**Core Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and other contractual tasks for assigned units as per the route chart.
+ Conduct planned and unplanned adjustments and repairs for Otis products and Thyssen high-speed elevators with minimal supervision.
+ Attend to equipment call-backs, inspect, and troubleshoot faults to restore service promptly.
+ Identify and report abnormalities, missing components, and safety concerns during maintenance to ensure corrective actions and highlight upselling opportunities.
+ Coordinate with Otis Line Operators to ensure call-backs are addressed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Complete all required documentation (timesheets, log cards, JHA, OSA forms, SVR sheets) accurately and on time.
