Opportunity Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong platform, development, communication and customer engagement skills. You will build, enhance and stabilise solutions across the ServiceNow platform, drive continual improvement initiatives leveraging the latest platform capabilities, and engage directly with customers to translate needs into well-engineered, scalable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across core and scoped applications, following platform best practices.
- Lead and execute platform upgrades end to end — impact assessment, regression testing, remediation and post-upgrade stabilisation.
- Build and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to safeguard quality and accelerate release cycles.
