Polokwane Smelters – Number of positions: 1 – Band 8 level reporting to the Section Manager SHE.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit accurate Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental (SHE) information for internal reports within defined deadlines.
• Identify data errors and correct them.
• Generate ad‑hoc SHE reports for management as required.
• Prepare regular site‑specific SHE reports and support managers for SHE meetings.
• Manage ETL for SHE data to ensure consistent reporting from transactional systems into group reports.
• Evaluate the use and effectiveness of systems.
• Address systems and data queries from users.
• Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods.
• Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE systems.
• Train and assess users on SHE systems and provide ongoing support.
