Senior Site Foreman

Job Description & Requirements The Senior Site Foreman assists the Deputy PM/PM in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site general works (Formwork, Concrete, Rebar, and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers. Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork/rebar work. Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provisions at the site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks. Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns, and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
