Senior Site Manager

Overview

My client is an award winning main contractor looking to recruit a freelance Senior Site Manager for a project near Trafford Park. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a main or regional contractor and will have seen projects through from start to finish in excess of 5m. Due to the nature of the work you must have new build commercial/shed building experience to be considered for this opportunity. You must have SMSTS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management for a new build commercial/shed project near Trafford Park.
• Deliver projects from start to finish on assignments valued in excess of £5m.

Qualifications

• Experience with new build commercial/shed buildings.
• SMSTS certification and First Aid qualification.
• Experience with main or regional contractor environments.
