We are currently working with a leading North West Contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a £30 million, 12‑storey residential apartment scheme in Manchester.
This is a high‑profile, city‑centre development requiring a strong on‑site leader with proven experience managing multi‑storey residential projects, coordinating trades, and maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and programme control.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations through to completion and handover.
