Senior SMT Engineer/Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and mentor SMT/AI technicians to build team capability and ensure strong performance.
• Manage the daily operation of SMT/AI machinery, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews, design stencils and fixtures, and handle programming for new project launches.
• Oversee preventive maintenance plans and maintain comprehensive records for all SMT/AI equipment.
• Create standard operating procedures and assist in training operators to improve process consistency.
• Lead monthly initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and enhancing product quality.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols in SMT/AI work areas.
