What you will do
- Carry out assessments and service user reviews to a high standard, ensuring they reflect the needs and aspirations of service users and carers
- Present cases to the Vulnerable Adults panel for funding approval, leading and chairing complex case reviews and safeguarding adults case conferences
- Provide regular professional supervision to social work staff, ensuring adherence to the department's supervision policy and supporting their continuous professional development
- Monitor and appraise staff performance, directing them to appropriate training opportunities and reporting any concerns regarding performance or conduct
