Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on the DAO team , you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems that deliver a first-class experience for both Credit Union members and staff, ultimately driving growth in newly opened accounts.

You’ll own problems end-to-end: from understanding business requirements and making architectural tradeoffs, to shipping reliable solutions with minimal oversight. This is a product that’s still being shaped, you’ll have real influence over how it evolves.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product and Design teams , as well as collaborate with external partners , giving you the chance to strengthen skills beyond engineering, such as communication, product thinking, and negotiation .
