One of my key clients, a highly regarded Top 100 full‑service law firm, is looking for an experienced corporate solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its top‑ranked Corporate team in Guildford as a senior associate.

The team is recognised for its expertise across both domestic and cross‑border matters, providing exposure to sophisticated work typically associated with larger City firms while maintaining an excellent work–life balance.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.
