Job Resposibilities:

• Strategic Architectural Leadership
• Define, refine, and own the overall architectural vision for the ServiceNow platform in IT, including active lead in the end-to-end design decision for transformation program
• (Potentially) Assist in shaping and influencing the broader enterprise technology strategy by representing the ServiceNow platform in governance boards or steering committees
• Collaborate with transformation program to validate the migration roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
• Mitigate technical risks by identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans
• Develop measurable KPIs and metrics to track performance of the platform
