About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering IT solutions that support Serco’s business objectives across projects and bids. Collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders, you’ll work to understand complex business requirements, identify gaps in existing capabilities, and define innovative, practical solutions aligned with Serco’s architectural principles and IT strategy.
