Senior Solutions Consultant (Winnipeg)

We are looking for a French or German speaking Senior Solution Consultant to join our sales team. As a Solution Consultant with Achievers, you will become a product expert passionate about HR technology and employee recognition.

The Senior Solution Consultant is a strategic deal leader embedded in the sales organization. The role drives complex, high‑value engagements, collaborates closely with the Account Executive, and shapes the entire sales cycle from strategy to executive presentations.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on opportunities ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 employees.
