Are you passionate about food and able to multi-task your way through a shift..? Due to a recent upturn in business levels, a new and exciting Senior Sous Chef role has become available at the Copthorne Hotel in Cardiff! As our Senior Sous Chef you'll be a confident individual capable of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef whilst simultaneously supporting the more junior team members. Always ready to ‘hit the ground running’ whilst enjoying the fast pace of the kitchen, and being consistently able to produce top quality dishes under pressure. We are happy to develop and train any capable and willing Head Chefs of the future!
