• Liaise closely with career coaches to schedule coaching sessions, coordinate and collate related reports.
• Analyse market trends, legislative changes and industry demands aligned with the hiring needs and requirements of Learners and Alumni.
• Research and identify relevant industries and sectors for job opportunities.
• Coordinate, plan and organize placement activities like career workshops, networking events.
• Assist in branding and marketing efforts to encourage learners’ participation in career development programmes.
