As a Commercial Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of shaft Commercial Advisors for the Amandelbult Mine, Performance reporting for Amandelbult Mine and supporting the Commercial Manager for the operation. You will be responsible for not only the coordination and management of key deliverables, but also for driving key business improvement, commercial strategic initiatives and building a high-performance team. The Commercial Finance Specialist will need to provide commercial insights to support decision making and ensuring adherence to governance policies.
