This role is critical in supporting the contract management function to ensure all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed effectively, and all projects proceed smoothly and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret construction contract documents, including templates and RFP packages, ensuring full compliance.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with project teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding contract terms and actions.
- Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and prepare detailed award analyses.
