The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business on a broad range of workplace relations and employment law matters including: advising on employment contracts and policies, industrial instruments, investigations and performance management; providing legal and strategic recommendations regarding implications of significant workplace changes; managing workplace relations disputes; and collaborating with the business in relation to compliance with workplace relations legal requirements.
