Senior Specialist, Global Platform Management & Governance

The Global Platform Management & Governance Team is responsible for designing and developing a streamlined Governance framework, the approach and operating model to support the needs of the GWAM business and partnering closely with all critical functions to achieve success.

Position Responsibilities:

Board Management (60%)

Support the development and implementation of a Global Fund Board Framework from securing approval to each aspect of the implementation, which includes:Support the drafting and organize review and approval process for a Global Fund Board Policy, Standard and Board Mandates, working closely with Legal, Compliance and other functionsMaintain and update the Global Fund Board Calendar, coordinating dates with CoSec GloballySupport the implementation of a policies repository, with the view to harmonize the Fund policies globallySupport the development of board efficiencies surveys and expertise matrix, working closely with CoSec and Functions ...
