As a Senior Specialist, Human Resources, the role partners closely with business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end HR support while managing recruitment for assigned functions. It is critical to ensure workforce needs are met, employee relations are effectively managed, and HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
