Description

:The Sr. Specialist II, MCS will serve as the key resource for providing answers related to questions and concerns received from our hosted clients during the implementation and migration processes. The incumbent will provide a specialized level of engagement between internal hosting implementation resources and other technical leadership and experts.

Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. 

Consistent interaction with external clients including recurring calls, virtual troubleshooting sessions, and regular email cadence.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems. 

Monitor server performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.

Implement and operate server, storage and backup infrastructure systems.
