About the Role
You will implement a variety of social media activities to support the Association's social media strategies or other engagement efforts. You will be part of a team responsible for managing our social media footprint, managing reputation and risks, and increasing engagement and revenue. You will report to the Senior Manager – Social Media and work on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging content that delivers on program goals and elevates the Association's brand.
- Act as an Association brand ambassador; foster community interaction and engagement.
- Measure performance using social media indicators. Use analytics to assess engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with the Global Engagement Center to help respond to service‑related member questions, escalated cases, and social media posts from members.
