Responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting talents for vacancies across the EEMEA region.
- Advising management, developing and facilitating programs to enable Edwards to meet talent acquisition needs.
- Managing the recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies across the entire EMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa), including senior level positions.
- Partnering with hiring managers to set recruitment process planning and expectations (key requirements and competencies, sourcing strategy, recruitment strategy etc.).
- Leading development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g., job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, networking and referrals, and anticipating organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool).
