**Major/Essential Functions:**

Oversee room setups, working with event planners on room designs. Ensure the crew is adequately scheduled to complete room setups by the deadline and as planned. Greeting customers at events. Knowledge of the building environments including: AV, heat and air, lighting, outdoor areas and parking. Trustworthiness is of utmost importance since the position requires being on the personal property of University Administrators, Regents, and clients' private homes.
