Responsibilities
- Provide professional assessment, consultancy and therapeutic intervention to patients.
- Develop, implement and review appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Adhere strictly to established clinical protocols, standards and procedures.
- Communicate therapy goals, progress and care plans with patients and/or caregivers.
- Train, supervise and support therapy assistants to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
- Support the organisation of staff deployment and caseload coverage to ensure service continuity.
- Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently...
