Senior Engineer, Global NPI, provides technical leadership and execution oversight for the development, industrialization, and launch of next‑generation fiber optic products. This role drives end‑to‑end manufacturing readiness by integrating product design, optical test processes, automation, and global production strategies. Responsible for supporting successful product industrialization and transition to production by driving process consistency, yield performance, and manufacturing readiness across sites.
