The Staff Officer (Smart Devices) is responsible for supporting and advancing SCDF's Mobility Implementation Strategy (MIS) by coordinating the end‑to‑end implementation and management of SCDF's mobile applications, systems, and smart devices.

The officer collaborates with stakeholders to formulate and maintain policies, directives, and SOPs governing smart device usage, while serving as the designated gatekeeper for all MIS‑related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance requirements.

The officer also acts as the primary communications channel between the MIS office and SCDF personnel, facilitating clear and timely information flow to drive awareness and adoption of mobility initiatives across the organisation.
