Manage a team of operation / logistic assistant and ensure that all day to day operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for shift operation performance from Receiving, Put-away, Pick & Pack and Shipment Execution. Oversee and manage team of operations / logistic assistant for day-to-day operation & to achieve daily key performance indices. Lead teams in work disciplines, execute action plans and improvement programs to improve productivity. Provide guidance and training to the team. Ensure all team members comply with operations processes, workplace safety & health procedures. Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties assigned by superior.
