Senior Star Guide

Job Summary:

The Senior Star Guide supports daily show operations by overseeing performers’ safety, assisting guests with park information, and coordinating with supervisors and stage managers. The role also involves coaching new team members and assisting with performer costume changes to ensure alignment with IP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee performers during sets to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by assisting guests with park information during shows, meet and greets and parades (i.e. Guest interactions, feedback, service recovery).
• Support Star Guide Supervisors and Stage Managers with daily venue management and coordination.
• Guide new team members on standard procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in the dressing up/down of performers, ensuring that the characters’ appearance adheres to IP standards.
