The Senior Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role, developing impactful division or initiative strategies in support of REI’s long-term priorities. This role partners across the organization to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans, facilitate cross-functional planning, and maintain momentum on high-impact initiatives. This role will serve as the direct strategic thought partner to the executive leadership team and helps shape and execute key enterprise priorities.
