Senior Structural Engineer

Location: British Columbia (any office).

Responsibilities

• Establish design criteria and prepare engineering specifications, design calculations, and material take‑offs (MTO) as required by the project.
• Support planning, scheduling, and cost‑control activities related to the project design and the overall project plan.
• Propose solutions to improve or optimize processes, programs, and procedures.
• Resolve complex problems requiring comprehensive analysis and multidisciplinary understanding.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer by providing guidance, coaching, and peer review to less experienced professionals and technicians.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of large, complex projects that require innovative solutions.
