Senior Structural Manager/ Structural Manager/ Deputy Structural Manager - Hospital

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design management for design‑build or traditional projects, either working alongside the in‑house design team or deployed directly to the main contractor’s project team.
• Oversee structural design development, analysis, and documentation for buildings and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural elements smoothly.
• Ensure designs meet safety codes, seismic/wind requirements, and durability standards in the chosen market.
• Instruct or oversee the internal structural design team as required.

Requirements

• In‑depth knowledge of either Singapore or Hong Kong structural codes and construction practices. Experience in both markets is a plus but not required.
