Senior substation design engineer

The role and responsibilities essentially include -
- Shall be responsible for complete internal and external project co-ordination till project completion.
- Shall be able to do detailed designs of switchyard and MV and HV system. Knowledge of EHV systems shall be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Protections applicable for MV & HV station feeders.
- Knowledge of Substation Engineering codes, Distribution & Transmission Utility Specifications and Standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, SEC, IS etc.)
- Preparation and review of Switchyard layouts, erection key diagrams, clearance checks and other detail layout drawings for the AIS up to 220 k V. Knowledge of GIS substations will be an added advantage.
- Shall be conversant with MV Panels, Switchboard formations and SAS systems.
- Able to prepare complete Technical Specification/Request for Procurement documents as per project requirements.
