About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of Canada’s leading heavy civil contractors on a major infrastructure project on Vancouver Island. We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background delivering large-scale heavy civil concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for major heavy civil concrete scopes
• Oversee structural concrete, form work, reinforcing steel, placement, and sequencing operations
• Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and large self-perform field crews
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedule milestones
