Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent for a mining company. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all field operations and activities on construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities, including contract management and negotiations. Manage and mitigate risks on the project site to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
