Responsibilities
Job Purpose The Senior / Supervisor, Safety & Security is responsible to investigate into incidents and accidents to identify the causes and/or determine the non-compliance to rules and regulations. He / She will also play a crucial role in the education, engagement and enforcement of safety processes and procedures. Additionally, he / she is responsible to improve the safety culture and performance within the organisation, as well as to ensure compliance to legal legislations and corporate requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct traffic accident investigation Standby Duty Investigation Officer (accident scene investigation) Provide safety inputs during bus trials Perform Education, Engagement and Enforcement on safety issues Participate in implementation of ISO39001 Conduct WSH incident investigation and WSH L1 Inspection Conduct Red Teaming and End of Trip (EOT) Checks Qualifications & Work Experience
